FAQs About Core-Smart Printers

What is the difference between thermal and thermal-transfer printing?
Direct thermal prints by heating sensitive paper — no ribbon, ideal for short-life receipts. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon to print on labels, producing durable, fade-resistant output for logistics, asset and garment labels.
Which printer is best for shipping and logistics labels?
For courier and warehouse labels we recommend 4-inch thermal-transfer models (S200/S300/S600) or UHF RFID printers (SU200/SU300/SU600). For on-the-road printing, the H803 portable series with Bluetooth is a strong choice.
Do your portable printers support Bluetooth and battery operation?
Yes. The H803 series are 3-inch portable thermal printers with Bluetooth 5.0, a 2600mAh rechargeable battery and IP54 rugged housing — ready for mobile receipt, label and tag printing.
Can your printers encode RFID labels?
Yes. Our SU200/SU300/SU600 printers support UHF ISO 18000-6C RFID encoding with thermal transfer or direct thermal printing, widely used in logistics and warehouse tracking.
Do you provide drivers, SDK and OEM/ODM service?
Absolutely. We supply Windows/Linux/Mac drivers, Android SDK, label design tools and full OEM/ODM customization (logo, firmware, housing, interface) for bulk orders.
What is the MOQ for your printers?
First 3 orders have no MOQ for full testing; from the 4th order MOQ is 100 units. For OEM/ODM orders, MOQ is 100 PCS. We offer flexible pricing for bulk orders.
What is your sample policy?
Sample fee is charged upfront. The sample fee is fully deductible from your future mass order, making it essentially free when you proceed with production.
What is the lead time?
Upon payment confirmation: samples ship in 1–3 days; mass production takes 7–25 days depending on quantity and model; OEM/ODM projects take 10–45 days.
What warranty do you provide?
12-month warranty covering non-human damage. We also offer RMA spare-parts support. Technical support and free software updates are included throughout the warranty period.
