These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the core-smart.cn website and the purchase of products from Zhuhai Core Smart Equipment Co., Ltd ("CRSMT"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Product specifications, images, and prices are for reference. Orders are confirmed upon our written proforma invoice. We reserve the right to update specifications without prior notice for continuous product improvement.
All prices are quoted EXW/FOB as stated in the invoice. Payment terms (T/T, etc.) are defined in the sales contract. Bank and transaction fees are borne by the respective parties as agreed.
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk and title transfer per the agreed Incoterms. Customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country.
Hardware products carry a standard 12-month warranty from delivery unless otherwise agreed. Warranty terms are detailed in our After-sales Policy. Consumables and misuse damage are excluded.
All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content on this site are the property of CRSMT or its licensors. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRSMT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of Zhuhai, Guangdong, China.
