Product Overview

The CRSMT 4-inch thermal transfer label printer is a desktop workhorse for high-volume, durable label output. It is available in three print resolutions — 203 DPI, 300 DPI and 600 DPI — so you can match the printer to shipping labels, product stickers or high-density barcode tags. With USB, Serial, LAN and USB Host interfaces, it integrates directly into most POS, WMS and ERP workflows without extra converters.

Complete Accessory Kit

Every unit ships as a ready-to-run kit — no extra parts to source. The box includes the user manual, power adapter, power cord, platen roller, ribbon shaft, a roll of blank label paper and a roll of thermal transfer ribbon. For ribbon media the printer supports both wax thermal transfer ribbon for everyday shipping labels and thermal transfer resin ribbon for labels that must resist scratching, chemicals and heat. Standard 4x6 thermal transfer labels and other common widths feed smoothly through the roll path for consistent, smear-free thermal transfer label printing.

Easy Ribbon Loading & Auto Calibration

Ribbon installation is simple and tool-free: seat the ribbon on the ribbon shaft, route it past the print head and close the cover — the printer confirms the path automatically.

• Double-click the feed key to print a self-test page showing firmware version, sensor status and print quality.
• Long-press the feed key and the printer automatically detects the label gap, so you never waste labels on misaligned prints.
